We all want to live a perfect life, to make it perfect we adopt some habits which make our nature. We probably search some exciting ways to bring great changes in our lives, but why do we forget that we ourselves are the most dynamic and compelling people? Why should we search and read other things or articles when we have Quran and the Prophet of Allah?
Our positive habits have the power which help us achieve our goals successfully. We have been blessed by the most inspiring and humbled personality who is our actual teacher. Allah chose Prophet Mohammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) to be the last messenger, who set the ideal standards to live life.
Here are the 9 habits of our beloved Prophet Mohammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) which can make our lives perfect.
1) Offer prayers, sleep early and wake up before Fajr’s prayer. It can really improve the quality of life.
2) Eat until you are only 80% full.
3) Eat slowly and chew the bites 40 times for the better digestion, this way body doesn’t gain unwanted fats
or mass. Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: “Never eat and drink with the left hand
because Shaytaan (Satan) eats with the left hand.”
4) Eat with family, as it reduces stress and makes a healthy eating habit.
5) Do not drink water in one breath, but drink it in two or three
breaths. This is the manner by which Prophet Muhammad
(Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) drank water.
6) Drink as much water as you can but not at once as it can give headache.
7) Eat pomegranates, as it was our Prophet Mohammad’s favorite food. Eating pomegranates as a whole can have
anti-inflammatory effects and can protect a human body from various diseases.
8) Observe fasts, it was the practice of our beloved Prophet Mohammad. Now, today science also proves the
benefits of observing fast. Fasting triggers the body to use its stored fat for energy and helps maintain
the body.
9) Learn to stay active and healthy by praying regularly.
The Prophet Mohammad directed Muslims to not only gather knowledge, but also to pass it on for wider benefit of the people.
