Ordinary people think merely of spending time. Great people think of using it.
Mainly 90 percent of the people found to be busy but not productive. We spent our time on a particular task but remain unproductive. Productivity means focusing on things with a planned approach. Productivity does not come naturally to anyone it’s a matter of habit you can only acquire it through hard work and patience. It is never an accident; it is always a result of commitment, resilience, determination, excellence, intelligent planning, and focused efforts. We all need to be productive rather than busy otherwise the world race will be ahead of us.
Productive people get the right things done at the right time. If it is worth dreaming about, it’s worth fighting now. Here I am writing a few tips for how to be more productive and less busy.
Start a day with good intentions with a set of meaningful objectives to complete each day.
Be in a proactive state where you can start a day with some exercise and improve your knowledge.
Prioritize the task and do what is important and urgent at first and less important at the next to create.
Pursue smart goals and take decisive and productive actions.
Work outside of the comfort zone and spend the time with the right people
Be organized and disciplined in your work.
Channel your inner views and maintain the balance of life
Be productive and get the work done now because tomorrow is the thing that is always coming, but never arrives, today is the thing that is always here and never leaves. And just because of the case, I would much prefer to invest in today rather than sitting around and waiting for an arrival. A great sportsman wins a goal for his team by timely action. A minute time action can change anything in life.
Life is a blend of various aspects one should be productive in all the aspects to achieve mastery. Have a look at how to be productive in different roles.
Professional career: It needs to involve students in worthful procedures, create an organized system for the classroom. Design curriculum in a way to achieve maximum results. Plan in advance at least a week before to get things done smartly and to tackle things more wisely.
Being productive in the family means maintaining an assembled structure of the home. Give attention and be committed to the family. Understand and support the dreams of your family members.
If we look into the whole structure of Islam from defining our purpose of life to regulating, eating, drinking, and arranging our time, we can see how Islam is a natural way of life to develop our productivity levels. Islam gives us focused purpose and goals which are the basic factors for anybody to be productive. Islam also gives the spiritual tools to be productive which is connected to the state of our mind, emotions, and soul.
So for being productive and not just busy follow the steps given below:
Start the day with Fajr prayers so you can have barakah for the whole day.
Know who your Creator is and know why He created you?
Don’t listen to devilish thoughts and distractions by (Shaytaan)

Do not stay awake late for no reason.
Life is very short, remember your death and keep your actions done in a way that reminds you about the life hereafter.
Plan for the next level of life because your life is a gift of Allah (S.W.T) so you must spend it productively.
In the end, I would like to mention that utilize your time efficiently before it utilizes you. Take benefit of your youth before your old age; your health before your sickness; your wealth before your poverty; your free time before you are occupied; and your life before your death.
