They are an excellent and healthy substitute for daily snacks. They are rich in fiber therefore they help indigestion.
Encourage kids to drink a lot of water, and try to arrange food like dinner or lunch in a family gathering, enjoy eating with family, eating food with positive thoughts and surroundings also make a healthy body.
