Many of us try to stay positive but sometimes, the situations and surroundings create a negative feeling inside us, and as a result, we harm ourselves by getting angry.
Well, here I would like to share my personal experience, I was really a short temper person with an impulsive personality. But I read somewhere, ” whenever you get a negative feeling, keep telling your brain that be positive and stay quiet.” Life needs different flavors, and every flavor is essential, to make us understand the values of good colors of life. Be thankful for whatever you have, it’s the easiest way to stay positive.
We meet different people every day, some optimistic people while some pessimistic. Try to emit your positivity into pessimistic people but if it cannot then take a healthy distance from them otherwise you might adopt their negativity.
Try to stay around positive people who stay happy, and share happiness, or if you can’t find one then be the one. Positivity comes from inside. It needs your brain to be positive. Even if you think you are alone, no worries enjoy your own company. It’s the best time to think, create and decide something better for yourself and of course, for your future.
Positivity in heart and in brain knocks harder than any other source of positivity. So stay positive! Live life.
