Do you know that we can stay happy whole day, month and even years of years? But how? Well, It is all under your control to stay happy, in my circle everybody wonders that how do I stay happy, never take tension and spoil my mood, the tips and exercise which I do and follow are very easy and smart to change boring and stressful life into happy one.
The first and most important think you can do is, perform Namaz and read Quran regularly, which help you feel good and light.
Secondly, you must ignore if you find anybody using negative words against you or is trying to spoil your mood, just give instructions to your mind that “situation is under control and nobody can spoil my mood”. Keep doing the things which make you feel happy. Avoid being surrounded by negative people. If it is your compulsion then, no worries because, you have your smartest brain to deal with pessimistic people and the situations. Your positive instructions to your brain help greatly, in maintaining your happiness. Positive thinking raises energy levels and creativity.
You can also do some useful and productive exercises or can simply go for a shopping or a window shopping to just change your mood. Exercising releases, the good mood endorphins so that you are always in a better mood after a workout.
Whenever, you are worried about something, and feeling really bad, when it is difficult for you to get rid of those negative thoughts then, simply write them down on a paper and tear that paper with all your force, and anger. It actually works! A University of Madrid study found that by actually writing these thoughts down on a piece of paper and then destroying them was effective.
Write and store your memorable moments somewhere, in your personal diary or your Instagram account, choice is yours so, whenever you feel down just read or watch your happy moments.
Always take proper sleeps and practice mindfulness, focus on your good sides more than bad sides and never forget to help people which is a greatest source of happiness!
