The positive thinker sees the invisible, feels the intangible and achieves the impossible – Winston Churchill
Positive thinking is the way how we observe the things. Every image has two sides, one positive and one negative, it is okay to have some look on the negative side but too much of it can make us weak and can effect our mental condition. We have met with so many people in our life who have said ” Think Positive”, it is easy to suggest but we should try to implement this in our lives. We should always be optimistic, if we want to achieve our goals we should pass over the negative things. Following are some examples that would surely help us:
1- We should start our morning with positive and motivating thoughts, as morning is the essence of whole day, so start the day on a good note and forget all the bad things which have happened, set new goals and work for it.
2- Every day we face challenges and hurdles, don’t be afraid of them instead challenge your challenges and find the goodness in every little thing around you, the thing may seem little to you but it doesn’t matter, all that matter is your spirit.
3- Try to search funny things in tensed situation, For Example: If you are stuck in traffic, if someone has passed a bad comment about you. Don’t panic, instead see the other side of the image maybe in traffic in some car some children are singing poem, maybe someone who wanted to be your best friend but could not get a chance that’s why has said bad about you in jealousy, laugh on these things and try to understand every situation.
4- Try to think only about present, never think of past, what has gone has gone what you have is present, make your present life fruitful, cheerful and positive.
Our religion Islam has strongly emphasized on thinking positively, our Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) was a kind and generous man and he never used to talk or think bad about others. To think positive isn’t just to ignore the troubles in our lives, but to have firm believe that Allah(S.W.T) is always there for us and he won’t let us down in any moment of our lives.
Thinking positive always lead us to good things – Maham
