“A good leader leads the people from above them. A great leader leads the people from within them.”–M. D. Arnold
Our today’s blog is especially for the emerging leaders of today, who want to become the greatest leaders. Life gives us many opportunities to become an outstanding leader if we focus. Let’s take an example of our mothers, who are the leaders of our houses, they got this position, after facing so many hurdles in life, and now mothers want children to be the best versions of themselves.
Every legendry leader faced the greatest hurdles in life before becoming a leader. A real leader is always one who is inspiring, who can motivate others to dream big, and achieve more in life, who can encourage the good qualities in others without any fear. Nobody is a born leader, but the right actions make a person, a leader.
Leaders have the power to take risks and make a difference. Whenever we compare ourselves from others, we change ourselves from a leader to an average person who has no purpose in life. Real leaders walk softly and accept their faults to learn new things and skills. We mostly, measure the success of a person but we avoid seeing the darker side which made him think differently, to achieve all his goals successfully, we ignore all hurdles that he faced to reach to that level of awesomeness. We think to become a great man, why not a great person? A person who can solve the problems of others. A person who likes taking others’ stress, to make them feel comfortable, and a person who is really at heart.
Let’s avoid finding permanent peace in this world because permanent peace is available in Jannah (heaven) only. This world is temporary so why are we fighting from each other to get a greater position?
We must understand that;
1) the great leaders always set out to make a difference in the lives of others.
2) They don’t seek respect; they give respect to their followers and try best to make them the leaders of their choices.
3) They find the remedies rather than, faults.
4) They are the coaches.
5) They are passionate to do great tasks rather than, making excuses.
6) They have big and comparison-free hearts.
7) They are bold but not rude.
8) They have clear ideas, and nobody can weaken them.
9) They avoid making complains and have a stupendous understanding with the followers.
10) They know what to do, and when to do. They always say “we” rather than “I”.
“The best leader always supports, guides, and encourages his team.” _DHS
