Sometimes, situations can be really stressful may be your boss gave you a termination letter, may be you couldn’t get the desirable grades in exams, may be you don’t have a beautiful dress to wear in party or may be you are, or anyone who is close to you is ill. But by getting worried about those situations you spoiled your health as well as present. Understand, worries and stress are your enemies so never make them your friends.
If you have a problem, so try to find it’s solutions, when you can find the solution so why do you worry? And even if you do not have any solution then still why do you worry? Whatever, is written will happen so why do you waste your time in making bad memories, this is a short life so, store only the beautiful memories in your mind and ignore the negativity. No matter how upset you are, give your brain a message that “everything is going to be fine, no worries”.

Most of you take tension and get worried for the situations which never happen, way must hope for the best, even if you feel that people are hating on you, so what ? it’s their right to think whatever, they want to, but you have a different mind to ignore all of their negativity.
