As we all know that these winters are getting colder each day, most of the times it gets difficult for our children to wake up and get ready early in the morning for school during winters, so here I am sharing the tips for you to make your child feel comfortable no matter how frightful the cold weather outside gets..
In cold weather first you should warm yourself, by wearing warm clothes, then put another layer of clothing on your child, the outer garments should be tightly woven, make sure that he wears socks it will also help greatly to keep him warm, make him wear mittens, which are warmer than gloves. Give him soup or coffee or hot milk of any favorite flavor.
Encourage your kid to do some exercise, in fact you can also go for 10-15-minute exercise, light exercise will help him stay warm. The body can regulate its temperature a little better if exercise is done. It will also make you and your child feel more energetic and comfortable.
You can give half cup of tea or coffee to your child it will increase blood flow to the skin. Your child may feel warmer as a result, but if you give him more then, his body will actually lose heat, which is unhealthy. You can give warm water to your children, which will healthily help him to stay warm, it will also help in digestion as well as in blood circulation.
