When a group of people performs collectively to work towards accomplishing a common mission on a specific objective is called a team.
“Team is the bonding that allows common people to attain uncommon results”.
By this, I mean to say that the accord of different minds for a common end. There will be no harmony if the instruments are not played alike and interconnected.
No single individual can achieve what a gathering of individuals can perform together. The real strength lies in the unity of the team.
The same principle goes in the case of family. If all the members are united, and share the responsibilities, so can prosper and live happily.
Similarly, a team at a workplace, can excel and produce tremendous results for the organization.
Likewise, a team whose players are in combination with one another is strong and can win the game.
“So long as the sticks are united in the bundle no one can break them, but when the bundle is untied can be scattered and broken as well”.
In my opinion “Teamwork begins by building trust”. A good team can be made by the skills of problem-solving, effective communication, collaboration, acceptance, interpersonal skills, social skills, and time management.
Teamwork is also an essential element of society and plays an important role which is not reflected in team’s success only but also in individual growth. Teamwork can add collective strength and endure power to achieve goals.
Interdependence which stems from open communication allows a team to share their opinions with ease and the most important the respect for every other. Accepting challenges, sincerity, loyalty, trust gaining and the joint effort of collaboration gives access to learn new skills. A positive attitude and cooperation help to perform duties promptly in a timely manner with productive results.
